چکیده
Pseudorabies virus (PRV), in the family Herpesviridae , is a pathogen of Aujeszky's disease, which causes great economic losses to pig industry. Recent outbreaks imply that new control measures are urgently needed. The present study shows kaempferol candidate drug for controlling PRV infection, as it possesses ability inhibit replication dose-dependent manner vitro . Kaempferol at concentration 52.40 µmol L ?1 could decrease PRV-induced cell death by 90%. With an 50% inhibitory (IC 50 ) value 25.57 was more effective than acyclovir (positive control) has IC 54.97 A mode action indicated inhibited viral penetration and stages, decreasing loads 4- 30-fold, respectively. Addition within 16 h post infection (hpi) significantly replication, genome copies were decreased almost 15-fold when added 2 hpi. regulated NF-?B MAPKs signaling pathways involved changed levels target genes (ATF-2 c-Jun) (IL-1?, IL-1? IL-2) pathways. findings current suggest be alternative measure infection.

Pomegranate peel extract inhibits internalization and replication of the influenza virus: An in vitro study
Objective: Influenza virus, which is associated with high level of morbidity and mortality, has been recently considered a public health concern; however, the methods of choice to control and treat it are limited. Our previous study showed anti-influenza virus activity of pomegranate peel extract (PPE). In this study, the mechanism through which PPE acts against influenza virus...
متن کاملPseudorabies virus infection inhibits autophagy in permissive cells in vitro
A large number of studies have demonstrated that autophagy is involved in the infection processes of different pathogens. Autophagy is now recognized as an essential component of innate and adaptive immunity. Several herpesviruses have developed various strategies to evade this antiviral mechanism. Pseudorabies virus (PRV) is a swine herpesvirus with a broad host range that causes devastating d...
متن کاملBufalin Inhibits NCI-H460 Human Lung Cancer Cell Metastasis In Vitro by Inhibiting MAPKs, MMPs, and NF-κB Pathways.
Bufalin, a component of Chan Su (a traditional Chinese medicine), has been known to have antitumor effects for thousands of years. In this study, we investigated its anti-metastasis effects on NCI-H460 lung cancer cells. Under sub-lethal concentrations (from 25 up to 100 nM), bufalin significantly inhibits the invasion and migration nature of NCI-H460 cells that were measured by Matrigel Cell M...
متن کاملOxymatrine Inhibits Influenza A Virus Replication and Inflammation via TLR4, p38 MAPK and NF-κB Pathways.
Oxymatrine (OMT) is a strong immunosuppressive agent that has been used in the clinic for many years. In the present study, by using plaque inhibition, luciferase reporter plasmids, qRT-PCR, western blotting, and ELISA assays, we have investigated the effect and mechanism of OMT on influenza A virus (IAV) replication and IAV-induced inflammation in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that OMT...
